Baler.ph is an independent guide to Baler, Aurora, published by James Moy. These terms describe the guide as it works today.
Use the guide to plan, then confirm
We compile information from public maps, business pages and other cited sources. Listings may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Inclusion does not establish that a business is open, licensed, available or endorsed by us. Please confirm current hours, location, price, services and safety conditions with the provider before relying on a listing. Weather, sea and travel conditions can change quickly; follow official advisories and local instructions.
No bookings or official affiliation
We do not take bookings, collect payments or act as an agent for the businesses listed. Links lead to third party websites under their own terms and policies. This project is not the Municipality of Baler or a government service. “Featured” identifies an editorial selection; no business has paid for a place on the site. Any future paid placement will be clearly labeled.
Current and future fees
Listings and any promotional opportunities offered without charge today may have fees in the future. We will tell participating businesses or service providers what a paid option costs before they agree to it. Appearing in a public map snapshot or an existing free listing does not, by itself, create a payment obligation. Paid advertising or placement will be identified clearly for visitors.
Independent providers
Businesses, tour guides, surf instructors and other people or organizations listed or advertising on Baler.ph operate independently. Their descriptions, offers, qualifications, availability and other claims are their own unless we explicitly say otherwise. Baler.ph does not provide, sell, book, supervise or guarantee their products or services, and is not a party to arrangements you make with them. Confirm credentials, safety arrangements, prices and terms directly with the provider. Direct questions, payments, refunds and complaints about a service to that provider. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Baler.ph is not responsible for a provider’s products, services, acts or omissions. This does not exclude responsibility for our own conduct or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Content and credits
Our original site copy and design belong to Baler.ph. The guide also uses OpenStreetMap data and photographs under the licenses credited beside the directory and in the footer. Those materials remain subject to their respective licenses. Do not treat a listing as permission to reuse a business’s logo, photos or copy.
Corrections and contact
Business owners and visitors can ask us to correct or remove inaccurate site information at contact@baler.ph. Include the listing name, the proposed correction and a source we can check. Public OpenStreetMap records can also be corrected at OpenStreetMap; our snapshot updates separately. We may revise these terms as the guide changes.
